About
My Practice
I primarily practice Five-Element Acupuncture, where I observe
how a person lives in nature and through the seasons, working
with mind and spirit as well as bodily ailments. Treatments aim
to balance the body's energy (qi), stimulating your own natural
innate healing ability on all levels.

I offer you compassionate, holistic, relationship-centered, professional
care. The time and attention you receive may be a new experience,
and can lead to excellent results. Together we will focus on improving
your health and bringing new possibilities to you life. About

Five
Element Acupuncture
Traditional Five-Element Acupuncture is a school of acupuncture,
based in traditions several thousand years old, and brought to
the West by J.R. Worsley in England, after studying for many years
in China, Japan, and Korea. He taught many students who became
practitioners all over the world, including the United States.

About 10% of acupuncturists in the US practice Five-Element Acupuncture,
which is a truly holistic treatment, seeing body, mind, and spirit
as one. It is an ancient system which is perfect for treating
the ills of modern life, as it emphasizes spiritual aspects of
illness as well as mental and physical. Five-Element Acupuncture
is flexible, allowing individualized treatment which effectively
compliments Western medical care. Five-Element
